Deauville is quite small. During my stay there, I took a walk on the beach every day. It was mid-September, but the tourists were already gone.
Every year, at the beginning of september, there's an American film festival in Deauville. Deauville is a very chic town by the sea. There are palaces and a casino here. During the festival ( which lasts about two weeks), you can come close to loads of stars, take pictures and have autographs.
When you walk along the beach of Deauville, you have to pay attention of the little beachhouses. Almost on every house you can find names of celebrities who have once spend their holidays in Deauville. Names like Marlon Brando or Pierce Brosnan are all present!
